HT-2/M/ZIRKON-120 is a sintering furnace with a lift door. It allows the use of up to three sintering trays (Ø=120 mm, H=30 mm) stacked vertically. The heating system, featuring six high-quality molybdenum disilicide (MoSi₂) heating elements, supports both conventional long-term sintering and SPEED-Sinter cycles (completed in 76 minutes). Sintering programs can be programmed with up to 4 stages, offering a maximum heating rate of 99°C/min and a maximum sintering temperature of 1650°C.
The HT-2/M/ZIRKON-120 is operated via a self-explanatory interface, capable of storing up to 30 programs. Program details and equipment status are displayed on a 4-line LCD screen. An integrated timer function enables overnight sintering processes. Three service programs are available for maintaining the heating chamber and system.
