The larger shank effectively reduces vibration and runout at high speeds, particularly suited for heavy roughing of complex restorations such as large-span bridges. Burs feature CVD diamond coating, delivering more than double the service life of DLC-coated burs. The diamond grit features excellent bonding to the shank, avoiding micro-cracks and reducing thermal sensitivity. Zirkonzahn offers a complete color-coded bur system classified by machining stage: 3R series (roughing, fast material removal), 2L series (rough milling), 1L series (precision milling), 0.5S series (ultra-precision milling);1.5A/0.6A series for screw channel machining;0.3C series for occlusal fissures.

Compatible with the full range of Zirkonzahn machining centers including M1, M2, M4, M5, and M6 (requires 6mm diameter collet chuck). 6mm shank burs have a total length of 50mm.

Applicable materials include

zirconia, resin, wax, wood, sinter metal, chrome-cobalt, titanium, glass ceramics, and composites. Zirkonzahn zirconia is processed dry,resulting in shorter milling times, lower material consumption, and reduced tool wear

Operation Guide

1.Blank Loading：Open front plate, insert material blank into orbit (position according to notch).

2.Tool Loading：Insert required milling burs into tool changing magazine. Magazine accommodates up to 32 tools with automatic tool change capability. M1 Compact Line tool organizer stores up to 50 burs.

3.Software Operation：Control entire milling process via Zirkonzahn.Fräsen software. Loading/unloading orbit and tool magazine, starting milling, calibration, and cleaning are the only manual operations required.

4.Start：Close front plate before starting-bur operation is only possible with front plate closed.

5.Tool Change：Automatically or manually change to corresponding series burs (3R→2L→1L→0.5S) according to machining stage.
