CVD coating is specifically designed for cutting highly abrasive materials such as zirconia, delivering more than double the service life of standard DLC-coated or uncoated burs. Manufactured from ultra-fine grain carbide with centreless grinding and dynamic balancing ≤0.01mm to eliminate chatter and protect high-speed spindles. DC-coated burs achieve 30% faster cutting speed and 40% extended tool life. The coating features low coefficient of friction and low residual stress, providing excellent wear and corrosion resistance.

Operation Guide

1.Separate rough burs & sculpturing finishing burs, load into Ceramill auto tool magazine following Sculpturing mode tool sequence;

2.Run auto tool length compensation cycle to limit tip dimensional error within 0.008mm before importing anterior anatomical restoration file;

3.Reduce spindle feed rate while milling ultra-thin veneers, monitor cutting texture in real time to fully replicate natural developmental grooves & pits;

4.Clean micro tip flutes with ultra-fine soft brush after processing, avoid hard tools scratching micro diamond grit layer to preserve mirror-smooth finishing surface.
