Imes icore zirconia burs feature multi-material compatibility, capable of machining virtually all dental materials including zirconia, lithium disilicate ceramics, PMMA, acrylic, PEEK, wax, pure titanium, and cobalt-chromium. The extremely hard tool surface, combined with low coefficient of friction and micro-grain structure, ensures long service life when machining highly abrasive materials. Diamond-coated burs deliver triple the longevity of standard steel burs in abrasive materials like zirconia. Shanks are available in both 3mm and 6mm specifications, fully compatible with all Imes icore model spindle interfaces. Helical flute design ensures smooth chip evacuation and effective heat reduction.

All pre-sintered zirconia blocks, lithium disilicate glass ceramic ingots, CoCr cobalt chrome alloy blanks, PMMA temporary restoration blank, pre-milled implant abutment

 

Operation Guide

1.Machine Inspection:Verify protective door is fully closed and properly locked in safety interlock system;inspect door area for debris or misalignment.

2.Cooling/Lubrication:Must use cooling lubricants approved by imes-icore GmbH. Select wet or dry machining mode based on material.

3.Tool Loading:Select 3mm or 6mm shank diameter based on spindle interface. Insert bur into tool holder and tighten.

4.Parameter Settings:CORiTEC 350i series features high-resolution dynamic servo motors with absolute measuring systems, achieving up to 20% faster processing. 5-axis processing (3+2 and simultaneous).

5.Milling & Monitoring:Start machining program and monitor status. Regularly inspect bur wear and replace promptly.
